I don't know what I would do without my phone. The most useful app on my phone is definitely google chrome. It lets me get anywhere on the internet very quickly. Also, google search has a voice listening device, in case I want to search something long. My favorite app is google play music. Music is one of the greatest blessings I could possibly ask for. It relaxes me or energizes me or makes me think, depending on the song. I use google play music all the time. As you can see, I am a huge Google fan. That's why I continue to buy Samsung phones, instead of iphones. Some other apps that play an integral role in my daily life are Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, GroupMe, ESPN, and "Memo" (for jotting notes down.) Daily life without these important apps would make communication a lot more challenging. However, an advantage without our phones would be that we would be forced to participate in real, authentic conversation far more often, rather than fights or deep conversations over message. (One of my least favorite things)

4/3/17 My Weekend

My weekend had a lot of ups and downs. My weekend started with an okay performance from me in I Never Saw Another Butterfly, but I was pretty sick and it was hard to get through. I started antibiotics Friday, so my bronchitis has gotten better since then. Saturday I helped run a forensics tournament pretty smoothly and then I went to prom. We went to dinner on Myra Cassady's sister's husband's family farm. They had a Japanese steakhouse-like grill set up and made us rice with eggs in them and grilled up some chicken. It was phenomenal. The dance was fun, although I think I freaked my date out when I tried to pick her up and carry her around. After prom was a lot of fun, though Maria Gnoza hit me in the face with a basketball. Shockingly, she managed to do it unintentionally. Overall, one word to describe this weekend is wild.

Ali A: Good information about his top five comedians. Needed to be more specific on what the comedians won and in other places, but overall nice work.

Maria G: Favorite infographic of them all! Information from all angles. Great look at past, present, and future of Cuban embargo.

Karla P: Really interesting information, just needed more of it. Good graphics.

Tanner B: Awesome and informative graphs and charts. Loved the joke/fact about the Pope at the end.

Grace R: Good variation on facts about unemployment. Didn't know a lot of areas about unemployment that I do now.

I had fun not doing this assignment. I will have more fun doing the assignment when I get around to it.
